At iscooterglobal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electric scooter purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in original condition.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the scooter in its original packaging, including all manuals, chargers, and accessories to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
